Your call center. When you’re not there, they are. When you cannot answer all the calls coming in, they can. What a call center does is mitigate your loses. You need to close down for a day? Instead of making customers irritated and potentially losing business, you just roll your phones on over to your call center! They will make sure the ball isn’t dropped but instead keeps rolling. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Business getting a little bigger than you can manage at the moment?

It is true what they say "You can not control the weather" but depending on the establishment, a business can thrive or fall during the winter seasons.  As the snow piles up around the country during the winter season many companies like restaurants, small local retail shops, and believe it or not a small number of breweries see a major drop in their profit margin.

Are you missing a piece of the puzzle in your business?

Do you ever call a business just one min after they close and get frustrated that you missed them, because you really needed some assistance? Well that’s how most customers feel when they can’t get a hold of you after you have already left or turned your phones off for the day. Just think about all the business you have lost because you where already closed and weren’t there to answer just a simple question.

Have you ever wondered why the tire shop next door has so much business or who answers the phone when the doctor is away? It’s simple, they have an answering service. Rain or shine, snow or ice, they never miss a call. This kind of service tells your customers that you put them first. It says that if they need you, you are only a phone call away. It promotes growth, because new customers’ calls can be taken even when you are sleeping. It maintains current customer status by ensuring someone is always there to answer their questions, take their orders, or set appointments.

Cross-Selling and Adding on is just as important!

Cross selling is an excellent way to increase the value of a sale by suggesting an accompanying product. When applicable, scripts should be developed for cross –selling opportunities.

Example: “Mrs Davis, thank you for purchasing your coffee maker with Coffee Mate today! I do want to let you know before you go that you qualify for a promotion we are having on our coffee filters, buy one pack get one free with the purchase of any coffee maker, with one pack being 4.99, would you like to capitalize on this great deal?
